1. What happens if my plane is early or late arriving?
MerryWorld Holidays & Limousine Sdn Bhd continuously updates all flight arrival times prior to landing. We arrive when you arrive, no matter whether your plane arrives early or late, so long as you are provided the correct flight number.

2. How much time do I have to meet the Chauffeur on my Airport Transfer Reservation?
MerryWorld Holidays & Limousine Sdn Bhd provides 60 minutes (90 minutes for International Arrivals requiring customs clearance) of free wait time on each Airport Arrival Transfer for you to deplane and pick-up your luggage.

If you are delayed after landing, please remember to call us. If you do not meet your Chauffeur or call us within 60 minutes (90 minutes for International Arrivals) of your plane landing we will consider you a “no-show” and you will be charged in full for the reservation or waiting hour.

3. Can I instruct the Chauffeur to take a scenic route to my hotel from the Airport?
MerryWorld Holidays & Limousine Sdn Bhd Airport Transfer rates are based on a point-to-point transfer and your Chauffeur is instructed to use the most direct route in order to provide you the most expedient service.

If you would prefer the Chauffeur use a specific route, we are happy to accomodate you. For such cases, our hourly rates and minimums will apply, plus applicable fees.

4. Where do I meet my Chauffeur for pick-up
The chauffeur will meet you at the Arrival Hall with your name/company on a greeting sign. We will confirm all other pick-up locations upon reservation placement.

5. What is your Cancellation Policy?
Cancellations are accepted by email (inquiry.merryworld@gmail.com) and Office phone (Tel: +603.9075.6992) only. Urgent after-hour changes can be made mobile phone (Tel: +6017.250.2992 ).

For vehicles online bookings, cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service time will be charged the full reservation amount, cancellations made within 72 hours before the scheduled service time will be charged 50% of the reservation amount, cancellations made within 96 hours before the scheduled service time will be charged 30% of the reservation amount, while cancellations made after 96 hours of scheduled service time will be charged 5% of the reservation amount.

No-shows will be charged the full reservation fare.

6. What is your Change Policy?
MerryWorld Holidays & Limousine Sdn Bhd requires that all changes be received by phone or email (changes cannot be made with drivers) at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled service time (at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time for events). If a change cannot be accommodated & results in a cancellation, you will be charged in full for the order.

7. When is my credit card charged?
MerryWorld Holidays & Limousine Sdn Bhd will charge your credit card during your booking based on the car type, period of the booking. Additional Charges is based on after the job is completed any applicable extras (extra kms, tolls etc). Your credit card statement will show the transaction description as MerryWorld Holidays & Limousine Sdn Bhd.

8. Can a child seat be provided?
Yes. As child seats come in different sizes, please specify the age of the child/children and the number of seats you need when you make a reservation in the space provided for ‘Special Requirements / Instructions’. MerryWorld Holidays & Limousine Sdn Bhd will check the availability of child seats for your service duration.

9. Will I recieve a receipt?
Yes, a detailed receipt will be sent to you via email after the job is completed.

10. Do we need to give a tip / gratuity to the driver?
Any tip / gratuity is voluntary. If you feel the service is very good and would like to give a tip, 5% is ample. Any tip is at the clients’ sole discretion.

11. Is it possible to place, change or cancel a reservation with my Chauffeur?
Cancellations and changes are accepted by email (inquiry.merryworld@gmail.com) and Office Tel: +603.9075.6992 or Mobile no : +6017-250 2992 only. If you want to modify your order after pick up, call our bookings department or have the driver/guide call our bookings department.

12. How far in advance should I place my reservation?
Availability changes daily and we suggest you place reservation as soon as you have firm travel dates and times. This is especially important if major trade shows are in town.
